Dairy for Your Baby - All You Need to Know About Offering Your Baby Dairy
Yogurt What is the age to introduce yogurt to baby? Learn why introducing yogurt to your baby really does not jive with the "No Dairy Until 1 Year" rule.
Cheese As we mention on our Dairy FAQ page, cheeses are typically offered to the non-allergic baby between 8 and 10 months of age. If your baby has a known or suspected dairy allergy (either a milk protein or lactose intolerance) then you should wait to introduce cheese and other dairy when your infant is older.
Whole Milk is not recommended for baby until 12 months of age - why? Whole Cow Milk does not contain enough nutrients, vitamins or minerals to adequately and properly sustain an infant's growth.
